FAQ
Is there a free trial or money-back guarantee?
Yes. GGekko Report offers a free 14-day trial. You won't be charged during the trial period. After your trial ends, you'll be billed $19.95/month unless you cancel. Subscriptions are non-refundable as stated in our Terms of Service, but you can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start your 14-day free trial without providing your credit card. Before your trial ends, we'll send you an email with a link to add your payment information through Stripe if you'd like to continue receiving GGekko Report. If you don't add payment, your trial will simply end — no charges, no hassle.
Why is GGekko Report priced at $19.95 per month?
With approximately 20 trading days per month, you pay $1 per report — far less than institutional terminal fees ($12-30K annually) or hiring analysts to manually process Form 4 filings.

Who is GGekko Report for?
It's for active traders and investors who want institutional-level insider trading intelligence without institutional costs. If you track insider behavior for investment decisions, GGekko Report is for you.
How is GGekko Report different from other insider trading websites?
We filter noise using 15+ exclusion rules (no gifts, 10b5-1 plans, estate transfers, etc.), apply proprietary scoring to rank genuine conviction trades, and deliver readable reports and structured data (PDF + CSV) daily — ready for immediate analysis.
What time will I receive the report each day?
Reports are delivered to you by email after the 10 p.m. ET SEC filing deadline, typically arriving between 10:30-11:30 p.m. ET on U.S. market business days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You must unsubscribe from emails via the link in any report, then cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Both steps are required to stop billing. Any cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How can I manage by subscription?
You can manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. The portal link is included at the bottom of every GGekko Report email. There you can cancel your subscription, update payment methods, and view your billing history.
How does the proprietary scoring algorithm work?
It ranks trades using five weighted signals: position size, conviction strength (percentage change in holdings), insider seniority, filing speed, and cluster confirmation (multiple insiders trading the same day).
What are IPO registrations and why are they included?
Daily IPO filings show new companies going public. We include them because many investors track IPO activity alongside insider trades for early opportunity identification.
What can I do with the CSV data files?
The CSV files contain all the day's insider trades (purchases, sales) and IPO registrations in structured format. You can import them into Excel, Google Sheets, or other analysis tools to sort, filter, create custom rankings, merge with your own data, or build automated workflows. They give you complete flexibility beyond the curated analysis in the PDF report.
What markets/exchanges are covered?
GGekko Report covers all public companies trading on US exchanges (NYSE/NASDAQ) that file SEC Form 4 insider trading disclosures. This includes all US-listed equities required to report insider transactions to the SEC.
What if there are no qualifying trades on a given day?
You won't receive a report if no trades meet our filtering criteria. This rarely happens and doesn't affect your subscription or billing.
During peak filing periods (particularly quarter-end and year-end), the SEC's EDGAR system can experience high traffic and processing delays, which may result in incomplete data or delayed reports. When this occurs, we process what's available and note any limitations in the day's report.
Do I get access to historical reports?
No. Each report is delivered for the day's filings only. We don't maintain a subscriber archive of past reports. Download and save the PDF and CSV files if you want to keep historical data for your own reference and analysis.
What if I don't receive the report?
First, check your spam or junk folder — financial emails are sometimes filtered automatically. Add no-reply@ggekko.report to your contacts or safe sender list to ensure delivery. If you still don't receive reports after whitelisting, contact us at support@ggekko.report.
Can I see an example report?
