By purchasing a subscription to the GGekko Report (“Service”) you agree to this Privacy Policy:

We collect only your name and email (when you subscribe or contact us), plus basic server logs (e.g., IP address, timestamps) and necessary email delivery events to operate the Service; we do not collect or store payment card numbers—Stripe processes payments and may send us limited transaction metadata so we can manage your subscription.
We use this information to create/manage your subscription, deliver the report and service emails, operate and secure the site, provide support, and comply with law; we do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions (e.g., Stripe for payments, our email platform, and hosting), with authorities where required by law, or as part of a business transfer; processors must protect the data and may not use it for their own purposes.
We retain name/email while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for records/compliance, then delete or anonymize; server/email logs are retained for limited periods consistent with provider practices.
We employ reasonable security measures (encryption in transit, access controls), though no method is 100% secure.
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child provided information, contact us for deletion.
We may update this Policy prospectively by posting a new date or providing notice; continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.

To stop future report delivery, cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal (transactional/legal notices may still be sent as required).
