TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: October 18, 2025

By purchasing a subscription to the GGekko Report (“Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service:

Subscriptions bill in advance and auto-renew until canceled; you may cancel at any time in the Stripe Customer Portal linked on our site, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; fees (and applicable tax) are non-refundable and not prorated, except where required by law.
During an active subscription we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the report and related materials; redistribution, resale, sharing, scraping/bulk downloading, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
The Service and all content are informational only and do not constitute investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; accuracy, completeness, classification, and timeliness are not guaranteed; the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (including trading/investment losses); in any case our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the then-current billing period.
Reports are issued on U.S. market business days only and may be delayed or skipped on weekends, U.S. market holidays, early-close/extraordinary closure days, SEC/EDGAR outages, or when no qualifying filings occur; non-publication on such days does not entitle you to credits or refunds.
Billing and subscription management are provided by Stripe, and your use of the Stripe customer portal is also subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, with exclusive venue in Wyoming state or federal courts.
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting an updated date on our Site or by email notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
